REFUNDS/RETURNS

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for both physical merchandise and digital music downloads.
Physical Products (Merchandise)
We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Claims must be made within 14 days of receipt by contacting us at contact@donotekmedia.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
If your claim is approved, the return/replacement process will be handled directly with our print-on-demand manufacturing partner (Printify fulfilment).
Do not send returns to our company address. We will provide the correct return instructions once your claim is approved.
As our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as wrong size or change of mind. Please check sizing carefully before ordering.
Vinyl Records & CDs via ElasticStage
Selected vinyl records and CDs may be sold through external ElasticStage product pages linked from our website.
Orders placed through ElasticStage are subject to their checkout, payment processing, manufacturing, shipping and returns procedures. If you need support for an ElasticStage order, please check your order confirmation and contact the relevant support channel provided with that order.
Digital Products (Music Downloads)
Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed.
If you receive a corrupted or faulty file, please contact us at contact@donotekmedia.com and we will provide a replacement download.
