2. Products & Services
We sell digital music downloads and physical merchandise (produced and shipped through our print-on-demand partner, Printify).
Some physical music formats, including selected vinyl records and CDs, may be offered via external product pages powered by ElasticStage. When purchasing through ElasticStage, checkout, manufacturing, fulfilment, delivery times and related order processes are handled through their platform and partners.
Digital downloads are licensed for personal use only. Copying, redistributing, or reselling without permission is prohibited.
Merchandise is printed to order and may vary slightly from mockups.
3. Orders & Payments
We do not store or have access to your full payment card details; these are securely processed by our payment providers.
Orders are placed through our WooCommerce store.
Payments are securely processed via PayPal and/or Stripe.
Prices are listed in GBP (£). Currency conversion may apply for international customers.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for fraud prevention, stock issues, or errors.
4. Shipping
We currently offer free worldwide shipping on T-shirts & Hoodies only.
Shipping rates on other products, Including Vinyl & CDs may vary depending on item & destination
Physical merchandise is produced on demand and shipped by our fulfilment partners.

5. Returns & Refunds
Physical merchandise: returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Digital downloads: non-refundable once accessed, except in cases of faulty files.

6. Intellectual Property
All music, artwork, designs, and branding are owned by DONOTEK MEDIA LTD and/or our artists.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.
Digital music purchases are for personal listening only.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
